When the primary language your audience chooses to communicate with becomes entirely symbols, you need to adapt. In collaboration with Edelman NY's interactive team, we developed a mobile standalone photo booth with integrated custom software, which allowed users to take away a GIF of themselves attempting to match a series of Samsung emoji faces as captured by camera with facial recognition capability. The platform was rolled out at music festivals like Austin City Limits and premier media events like the NBA on TNT Opening Night broadcast season kick off in San Francisco, allowing general public to participate and share out results on social platforms like Instagram, Twitter, & Facebook.
